Hi…is the Quoting/Calculator going to be applied to the MAIN QUOTING feature and not just the Design Studio?
This is great, but like Frank said there should be a read out of the number of colors of ink on the stand alone quick quoter module too, so that when they have the price quote they also have text designating how many colors of ink are on each side of the garment and sleeves etc. That way they can’t get confused and think the quote was for something it wasn’t if they are running lots of quotes etc. and forget. Thanks though this is great!
Also will the small “create quote” text be replaced with a “Quick Quote” button in the description area?
do you mean the “calculate quote” button? I actually like having an action word on it because it helps people understand that its a button they should click (take action). I’d rather see “get price quote” potentially, but “calculate quote” is fine.
This is nice, however, I would like to request that all updates and programming be limited to midnight till 2 AM EST so that our online stores are not affected during business hours. We are in a unique situation in that we can see MOST EVERYTHING that goes on with inksoft during 10AM till 9PM EST because it is loaded on our customer design computers within our brick and mortar store. Customers loosing their designs or not being able to check out happens way too much due to upgrades, live programming/testing, etc. All we can do when this happens to our customers is shrug our shoulders and say I’m sorry, I guess our e-commerce shopping cart providers are programming live again… The features of Inksoft are so great, I sure hate that problems like this is making us rethink sticking with it after putting 100’s of hours of work into it.
