We welcome two new team members!
Douglas Wolf joins our sales team! Douglas is the author of the first book ever written on ACT! (Customer Relationship Management Software) in 1992 and is also one of the first ACT! Certified Consultants, of 19 years. He has written 6 other books on ACT!, and was the founding editor of the ACT! Extra newsletter. He is also a certified marketing consultant, specializing in the sales and marketing process.
We also welcome Bruce! Bruce, a recent Computer Science graduate, specializes in User Interface and User Experience design for web applications. Bruce will be focusing on the InkSoft backend and Design Studio user experience. He is one smart guy!
Good to see Doug coming on board. Hopefully we will see his thoughts on automating things with ACT and activity series, applying to inksoft and saving designs, automatic email delivery, automated email followup after quotes..and other automated tasks! No more manual emailing of abandoned shopping carts woohooo!!!
