In our latest software release, we added payment status to InkSoft’s production and purchasing workspaces.
This feature will help clarify if items relate to an unpaid order to help reduce mistakes, improve communication, and make it easier to create purchase orders and scheduled production jobs using InkSoft.There is also a new Payment Status filter option available within Purchasing and Production so you can control what items show based on the payment status.
Payment status is an important ‘signal’ to ensure your production and purchasing team members have all the key information to get the job done and advance purchase orders for wholesale blank products and get print production in motion.
With this release, payment status is now available in three workspaces: Orders, Production, and Purchasing.
