That’s why we’ve introduced an all-new feature to help you get paid faster and make online payments simple for both print shop and customers.
The request payment feature, available in Orders, allows customers to make secure online payments from any device when it is convenient to them.
How it works
If an order has a remaining balance, you will see a request payment button. Clicking this button allows you to:
- Add multiple email addresses to the request payment email
- Enter a personalized message and call-to-action
- Opt to receive a confirmation email when customer make payment
Once you click the send button, an email with a secure online payment link gets sent to your customer, and any cc’d email address.
