ShipStation is the leading web-based shipping software that helps online retailers streamline their order fulfillment, wherever they sell and however they ship. This integration is a big deal for high volume InkSoft customers! It will save time, increase accuracy, and best of all save money on shipping costs.

This integration automatically sends shipping details from InkSoft generated orders to your ShipStation account. This allows you to leverage ShipStation’s sophisticated automation features help you shave hours off your shipping process and will save you money with discounted USPS rates and a free USPS postage provider account.

Additionally, you can print wirelessly and share your printer with ease thanks to ShipStation Connect. With filters, views, and user settings, you can make ShipStation your own—customize it to suit your needs. Handle your business on-the-go with ShipStation’s mobile app (free for iOS and Android) and do everything from creating orders to printing labels and emailing return labels all from your mobile device.

Here’s how the integration works

  1. From your ShipStation account, you will connect the ‘InkSoft App’ to securely authenticate your ShipStation and InkSoft account.
  2. Orders moved into the “Ready to Ship” stage in your InkSoft Order Manager will be automatically sent to your ShipStation account.
  3. Shipping labels can either be created in InkSoft or from your ShipStation account. If labels are produced in ShipStation, tracking emails to your customers will be sent via ShipStation.
  4. Once a shipping label is generated, the label information including tracking will be added to the order timeline in InkSoft, and the order will be marked as ‘Completed’.
