This has to be one of my favorite color design resources. As my wife often reminds me: I am horrible when it comes to matching colors; which is apparently reflected when I attempt to dress myself. Color scheme Designer is a free web-based (we love web-based) tool to help you develop web color styles. Need complimentary colors? Need those colors translated to web hexadecimal color values.
