  • Who are you integrated with?

InkSoft is integrated with PayPal, Amazon FPS, Authorize.net, Nelix, UPS, FEDEX, Stamps.com, ShopWorks, MailChimp, Constant Contact, SanMar, S&S Activewear and a large range of free and paid live chat tools. We are always seeking out new integrations for our users.

  • Does InkSoft come with designs & clip art?

Heck yes! All the graphics you see on the InkSoft demo website come with InkSoft. Not to mention you can upload unlimited clip art and create unlimited design templates.

  • Do you sell just the Design Studio?

No. InkSoft was designed to be a complete tool so we don’t offer the Design Studio separately. However, you can ‘embed’ the Design Studio into an existing website.

  • Once I purchase InkSoft, how soon can I access it?

Generally, we activate your InkSoft website same day after payment is submitted. We establish your website on a ‘sandbox’ domain name–this allows you to get started right away!

  • On average how long does it take to setup InkSoft?

This varies highly depending on how much customization you need. Some clients get set up in a week while others take longer. We have training tools such as video tutorials, setup checklist, ticketing and an onboarding session that help you with your setup.

  • Do you support other languages?

Not currently. We plan on localizing InkSoft for other currencies and languages.

  • What kind of support do you offer?

We offer free training and support resources including: Video tutorials, quick start guides, HelpDesk and Knowledge Base, and a Support ticketing system.

  • Can I use my own shopping cart?

No. InkSoft cannot be integrated with custom shopping carts or third party systems. InkSoft was designed to be an all-in-one, industry specific solution. Additionally, the InkSoft cart not only makes it possible to price a product but allow for specialty pricing such as screenprinting, dtg printing and others need, which other generic carts don’t allow for.

  • Can I upload my own art?

Yes! You can upload unlimited clip art and create unlimited design templates! Not to mention you clients can upload unlimited art content as well.

  • How do I get the artwork once someone makes a purchase?

Once an order is placed the art content is rendered and placed in the order where you can retrieve the various formats. If the design is vector you will receive a vector SVG and PDF files. If the design is digital you will receive a PNG and a TIFF file.

  • Can I use my own URL/domain name?

Heck yeah. You can use your very own custom domain name, or sub-domain for each of your InkSoft powered web stores.

  • Can I buy InkSoft and use my own servers?

No. InkSoft is not available for self-hosting.

  • Is there an InkSoft demo or trial version?

We don’t currently offer a free trial version of InkSoft. You can visit the InkSoft demo site here.
